Local Sheds n Patios design and supply a large range of commercial and industrial buildings that can span up to 30m in width and up to 7m in height. These can be fully customised to suit your business’s needs. Galvanised steel beams are used to form the structure of the building and partition walls can be added if separate units are required.
There are options for mezzanine floors, insulation, windows as well as your choice of the number and location of roller doors. Foundation systems can also be customised to suit your specific needs.
All buildings come fully engineered and certified to Australian standards ensuring your peace of mind regarding structural integrity.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Using our flexible design software, our local outlets can create a custom building quote in minutes to suit your industrial-zoned property with building classes of 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.
The framing used in our industrial buildings is GALVASPAN® steel with a minimum pressure rating of 450MPa. In terms of cladding and trim, your options include COLORBOND® steel or ZINCALUME® depending on your preference.
